Eiffy, an Eco-Friendlier Solution

Eiffy, an Eco-Friendlier Solution

Unlike traditional solvents, which need to be taken to a hazardous waste drop off, Eiffy can be disposed of at home. Pour the soiled oil into something absorbent like used paper towels, pine shavings or kitty litter.

You can also reuse it by cleaning the waste paint out. The fastest way is to use the Eiffy Rapid Filtration Kit after your painting session; this takes around 1 hour.

Or, when it gets dirty, pouring it into a clean jar and letting the paint settle is a simple and effective solution. The settling time can vary depending on the size of the pigment particles in your paint, ranging from several days to a few weeks. Once the liquid has settled, you can pour the clean liquid back into your paint thinner tank and wipe out the settled paint with a paper towel. Some pigments may stain Eiffy.

By taking the time to allow Eiffy, your eco-friendly, plant-based brush cleaner to properly self-clean, you can save money and keep your brushes in optimal conditions for longer times.
